Our recent promition to - "Try it Before You Buy it" has been an overwhelming success.  The benefits and value of a Personal Warehouse have never been greater.  It appears that our sales and activity almost doubles in tough times.  Just like we saw in 2001 and 2004 - regardless of the economy or market, people and small business are looking for smaller, more affordable, flexible spaces.  The challenge of 2009 is the limited access to financing by banks.  Thus the creation and roll out of our program.  In the last 3 months over 40 users have taken us up on our offer and rented a Personal Warehouse.  40!  This is a great way to save users money and get them the space they need while working to secure financing or even determine if the space is right for them.

The Program is easy.  Short Term - Flat Rate Gross Leases by size.  Leases range from a low of $500 per month to $1,000 per month.  These discounted rates are the best in the market and the reason so many have responded.  In additon to the rent they pay their monthly utilities and that is all!  A small deposit - a 2 page lease and they are in.  We will credit up to 6 months of their rent towards a purchase so we are helping people build equity as well. 

Honestly, we have limited spaces left so don't wait.  You won't find a better, more affordable solution in the market that is comparable in size and quality.  Loans and lenders are still out there - it just takes much longer than it used to.
