Hard to believe that 10 years ago we made our first appearance in Denver at the at Trade Shows.  Back then the RV and Boat Show were one big one and people actually came!  Over the years the trade shows have become less and less effective for us.  In the beginning we would come away with several hundred good leads and last years results were just a few.  As a result we have decided not to attend or exhibit at any of the RV or Home Shows this year.   Many exhibitors have pulled out of the shows and the promoters are highly concerned about their success this year.  With the ever decreasing results and uncertainty that show will actually occur we have elected to stay at home this year.

 

The good news is that we are here to stay and better than ever.  New developments are on hold but our exitsting inventory is selling out and leasing better than ever.  If you are a perspective customer or existing client please let us know if we can be of assistance.  We can help you in the expansion or contraction of space, subleasing, selling your unit or investing in storage.   Personal Warehouses have performed exceptionally well in down markets providing smaller more affordable, flexible space.

On January 10th Premises was pleased to host a fundraiser for Mike Myers Team 36 Foundation.   The Mike Myers Team 36 Foundation is a publicly supported, non-profit organization that supports various charities in the community. The foundation uses corporate and personal contributions, fundraisers, and other activities to support organizations that serve those in need. Team 36 also supports individuals with educational means through a scholarship program.

Mike and Robyn Myers established the Team 36 Foundation in September, 2008. After being blessed to have many great opportunities, Mike pledges to do the best he can to aid others in need.

 

Mike Myers played over 13 years in the Major Leagues. After making his debut with the Florida Marlins in 1995, Mike played for a total of 9 teams including the hometown Colorado Rockies, the New York Yankees, and was a member of the 2004 World Series Champion Boston Red Sox.
