Steve Garrison

(Co-founder and Managing Member)
Steve is a native of Colorado and a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. As an experienced lender specializing in Condo Conversions Steve made a transition into development with the launch of the first project in Colorado in late 1999. Since then Premises has evolved into an industry leader developing 11 projects for $41 million, consulted on another 8 projects, and sold over 300 sold units to date. Premises has expanded its core business from owner / developer to managing joint venture partnerships and launching a consulting practice in the fall of 2005. Premises is active in Colorado, California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Florida and looking to expand.

Eric Greven
(Co-founder and Managing Member)
Eric has founded two start-up businesses: Lunaforme, a web design and development consulting firm and Vertebrae, a Seattle-based Internet design and development consulting firm. Prior to that, he held management positions in two fortune 100 companies, providing him with a strong background in sales, management and operations. Eric worked with Steve at Premises to take on operations and sales, and to focus on process and design. By creating the Premises Process Blueprint, Eric has been able to recruit and train top quality staff and account evecutives to the firm. From sales to legal or accounting, Eric is the engine behind the success at Premises.
